We'll carry out a comprehensive property evaluation to determine your home's market value. To get the best price for your property and sell it as fast as possible, we will work together to determine a listing price consistent with fair market value and local comparisons.

When your home receives an offer we will negotiate it with the offeror, and advise you on all of your options (remember, everything is negotiable!).  We are experienced in multiple offers and can take you through those to reach the best possible outcome.

Once under contract we manage the inspections and appraisals, as well as ensuing negotiations with the buyer's representatives, communicating with you as much as you want throughout the process.
