About HEATHER

Heather Brandt was born in Brooklyn, raised in California and has lived in Old Town Longmont for over 20 years.  She’s raised her kids in Longmont, has refurbished and developed property here, and done countless real estate transactions, from Fort Collins to Denver.  In short, if you’re looking for experience – in life and in real estate – and for a broad perspective, you need to talk with Heather!

“I’ve watched Longmont grow and transform,” Heather says, “from a small farming town to an ever more sophisticated and vibrant place that’s confident of taking its position as an integral part of the Front Range. As probably the West’s fastest town, we have only scratched the surface of what our very own 1 Gigabit service, NextLight, can do to transform Longmont even further.  It’s not just about getting the country’s fastest Netflix, although that’s certainly fun!”

After many years with a large real-estate franchise firm, Heather now operates her own real estate business, based naturally, in Old Town Longmont.  “When I looked at my activities and what I really liked to do, it was to focus on clients,” she says. “Now with my own business, I can create an environment where I have the best possible transactional and compliance support, allowing me to work with new clients, as well as those who have come back to me again and again for multiple transactions.”

She has taken her tagline, Love where you Live, to heart.  It’s what drives her to identify the best real estate opportunities for her clients, whether they are buying or selling a home.  And of course for Heather herself, she does indeed love where she lives.
